Capricorn
The Chroniclers of Capricorn go to battle in brown unassuming robes and protective headpieces that wrap around their ears and connect to their shoulders, sheltering them from their own weapon, the Shrill: A weapon made from Sea-goat horns that, when sounded, emits a sound at a frequency that shuts down the nervous system of anyone who hears it, causing bodies to fall over and seize.
