Guess what, swooners? The Federal Trade Commission says that bloggers must disclose if they are being paid or compensated for their posts. So let’s get this show on the road! (we got tips on how to write this little ditty here)
The sole purpose of this site is to swoon about boys. We do also recommend products that you can purchase, namely books, but sometimes pink lip gloss and cute bags. We are Amazon affiliates. That means that if you make a purchase after clicking on one of our Amazon links, they send us a tiny percentage of the purchase price, including purchases you make while on Amazon that we did not link directly to.
Same thing with Barnes & Noble, indieBound, The Book Depository, and Cafe Press, too.
Authors and publishers send us books, but we are not compensated in anyway whatsoever for any of the reviews or opinions that we post here. The words, thoughts, and ratings are our own. You might see advertising somewhere around here, probably in the sidebar, but that’s marked as a sponsor or is clearly an ad. We won’t tell you we love something unless we do. We’re not afraid to admit when we don’t like something–if we hate it, we’ll let you know that, too!
We also want to let you know that while we use real pictures of fictional boys, we are not swooning over the actor(s), model(s), and real life people. Rob might be pictured as Edward, Josh might be Peeta, and Matt Dallas will always be our Four, but we are all about the literary versions of our crushes. To that end, we mean no copyright infringement for anything that we have posted on our site. If there’s a photograph, book excerpt, quotes, or anything else that you want us to remove (except our opinions), don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll fix it right away.
If you’ve got any questions about this or anything else related to our fabulous site, drop us a line–we love getting mail!
