Podcast Notes

  • We talk about our favorite Fall Reads.
  • We point out that Jaime never follows the rules always reads books way ahead of time.
  • We laugh about the fact that Meg is the only one who has read a particular fantasy series. Because dragons.
  • We are (not really) shocked by one of the books on Erin’s Fall List.
  • We lament about the lack of resolution we get when reading all of Jennifer E. Smith’s books.
  • There might be a mention of a secret word.

Comments

  1. I loved Illuminae so much! I think it was my favorite of the year. I really loved Winter too. I am looking forward to Stars Above and Glass Sword.

  2. I really liked Everything Everything, After You, For The Record, and First & Then this fall. Definitely found some books to add to my tbr pile from your podcast. Thanks!

  3. I haven’t read too many of the books on your list, I think the only one is The Revolution of Ivy. I got really busy with reading for school and had to give up free reading. But, I have so many of your books on my TBR, I think about half of them. AND, I am currently reading Winter!

  4. I think Morning Star and Glass Sword are the two most anticipated books from your list.

  5. Emily Crowell says

Six of Crows, First and Then, The Immortal Heights, Winter and The Rose society were all on my favorites list, but Queen of Shadows made the top of MY list! Such a great year for books, but WOW on all the books coming up! You guys nailed the ones I’m most excited for! Thanks for the giveaway 🙂

  6. Loved First & Then and Everything, Everything too!! When I finished First & Then it was after midnight and I did not sleep well either. I was too happy (like the characters). Loved Everything, Everything mostly because of its Hawaii ties. It’s cool reading about your home.

Cannot wait for Stars Above and Glass Sword as well. I want to know whose wedding it is. I think it will be Cress and Thorne, but want it to be Cinder and Kai. (Watch it’ll be Scarlet and Wolf)

OMG Let's Totally Talk About It...
